How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to cart (or use Quick Order where available), then enter your name, address and phone at checkout and choose a payment method.
How is my order confirmed?
You may receive a confirmation message or call. Prepaid orders are prioritised after successful payment; COD orders may be verified by phone.
Which payment methods can I use?
Methods shown at checkout—often COD and popular mobile wallets or cards, depending on store settings.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 2–5 working days outside Dhaka after dispatch. Exact timing depends on location and courier.
What if my item is damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange return, replacement or refund under our Returns policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not been packed or shipped yet. After dispatch, cancellation is limited—see the Cancellation Policy.
