1. Accepted methods
Depending on what is enabled at checkout, you may pay by cash on delivery (COD), mobile financial services (e.g. bKash, Nagad), cards, or other gateways shown on the payment step. Available methods can vary by product and location.
2. Cash on delivery
For COD, please keep the exact amount ready. The store or courier may call to confirm the order before dispatch. Repeated false COD orders may lead to prepaid-only restrictions.
3. Online payments
Online payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers. A successful payment confirmation is required before priority processing of prepaid orders.
4. Pricing and currency
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless stated otherwise and include applicable VAT only when noted on the product or invoice.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is deducted but the order is not created, contact support with the transaction ID. Duplicate charges will be investigated with the payment partner and refunded when confirmed.
