1. Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation or successful COD verification (excluding public holidays). High-demand periods may take longer; we will inform you if there is a significant delay.
2. Delivery areas
We deliver across Bangladesh through partner couriers. Coverage and timing depend on your district and the courier network. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may need extra time or charges.
3. Estimated delivery
- Inside Dhaka: typically 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Outside Dhaka: typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, political events or courier capacity can affect timing.
4. Delivery charges
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Free-delivery offers apply only when clearly stated on the product or cart.
5. Address and contact
Please provide a complete address and a phone number that is available. The courier may call before delivery. Failed delivery due to a wrong address or unreachable phone may incur a re-attempt fee or return-to-seller handling.
6. Receiving the parcel
Where the courier allows, check the outer packaging on receipt. If the box is clearly damaged, note it with the rider and contact us the same day with your order number and photos.
